
Princeton innovators will be recognized at the 46th annual Edison Patent Awards, the state’s highest honor for invention and innovation. Graduate alumni Justin Silpe *20, Nathanial Banks *21, and Yidian Liu *21 will be celebrated for breakthroughs in breast-milk preservation and microplastic filtration, while Craig B. Arnold, Princeton’s vice dean for innovation, will receive the Catalyst Award for his leadership in strengthening New Jersey’s innovation ecosystem.
The 2025 Edison Patent Awards will honor six distinguished individuals along with the leaders behind 12 patents from New Jersey-based organizations.
